Coronavirus Statement 19/03/2020

Dear Customer,

Given the current international health crisis, we wanted to keep you updated with our latest service status.

As things stand, we will be operating our full service, with order processing, customer service and deliveries all continuing to be fully operational.

We take the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers extremely seriously, and have therefore put into place a series of stringent measures, in-line with the latest government advice, which will allow us to continue to deliver our service while minimising risk for the Nero team and our customers.

In this uncertain landscape, advice is ever changing and with our reliance on third-party providers, such as delivery drivers, we will continue to operate at full capacity for as long as possible.
